If I won a vehicle, how many days do I have to pick up the lot?

You have 5 business days to pick up the vehicle including the day of accepting the bid. After this Late removal fee is charged for every day according to the fee table. Lot can be picked up once all the payments related to that lot are paid to Copart Suomi Oy.

What do I need to pick up the lot?

After all the payments are done the buyer receives a receipt and Gatepass-document which entitles the buyer to collect the lot. When picking up the vehicle, you need the printed Gatepass document and proof of identity such as driving license or passport.

When can I pick up the lot?

Where do I get the Gatepass document?

After all the payments are done, you can print the Gatepass in your Memberportal by going to Bid status and Lots won.

What if someone else is picking up my vehicle?

If you arrange for someone else to pick up the vehicle, that person will need the authority from you, as well as the printed Gatepass. You can authorize the third party for collection by signing the printed Gatepass.

Can I drive the lot out of Copart location?

Almost without exception, fuel has been removed from the vehicles for safety reasons. We do not recommend driving vehicles out of our locations without a specific mention.

How do I order a delivery for a vehicle I've won?

If you want to order delivery for a lot you have won straight to your home address, you can order the delivery from our website either from the lot page, Lots won page or Payments due page.

If you want to order delivery from a Copart location to another Copart location or to a Copart sublot location, you can order the delivery for the vehicle you won by contacting our customer service:

  • send the vehicle information and the delivery address to info@copart.fi

  • or call +358 40 177 6000 (on business days between 9-16)

  • Find our Locations' and Sublots' contact information on Locations page.

A separate invoice will be created for the delivery order to Copart.fi's Payments due -page.

For which vehicle types can I order delivery?

You can order the delivery from our website for the following vehicle types (excluding electric and hybrid vehicles): passenger cars, mopeds, motorcycles, microcars, ATVs, snowmobiles and vans.

For electric and hybrid vehicles and other vehicle types, you can order the delivery by contacting our Member services:

Where does Copart Finland deliver vehicles?

Copart Finland offers delivery service only in Finland. Our encompassing transportation service covers almost the whole country. Ask for more information from our customer service.

How much delivery costs to my address?

Log in and use the delivery calculator on lot's sale page. The final price is calculated when making the order.

How long does the delivery take to be completed?

Delivery less than 30 km: The majority of deliveries are completed on average within 5-10 working days, depending on the route.
Delivery over 30 km: The majority of deliveries are completed on average within 10 to 20 working days, depending on the route.
