We provide services for damaged vehicles as follows:
Service for policyholders:
For vehicles brought directly from the accident site: guidance & personal property.
The personal belongings can be collected on weekdays from 9am to 4pm, within 7 days of the vehicle's arrival at the Copart yard: Espoo, Pirkkala, Oulu & Turku. Other locations upon agreement. We hand over the personal belongings only to the owner/keeper of the vehicle or, if necessary, to the holder of a power of attorney. Please be prepared to prove your identity.
